• Basic strokes and footwork (Introduction and drills): - Dink, Volley, Serve, Return of Serve, Overhead and 3rd shot from transition area.

This course is for players seeking to improve your mechanics and shot techniques.  Players will learn the fundamentals and proper court positioning to improve their level of play. Learn and apply strategies to improve your level of play.  Players will know the difference between hard and soft game and start to vary their own game during recreation and tournament play.  Basic knowledge of stacking and understands situations where it can be effective.
