PESTA LEARN AND PLAY WORKSHOP

Singapore Pickleball Academy is officially launched on 19 Sep 2019.  Marking the occasion, we have our first "Learn and Play" workshop with the Ministry of Education (MOE).  All the participants are PE educators from Primary, Secondary and Junior College.

This workshop not only encompasses the "Learn and Play" element but we have also included the lesson plan and strategies to support their teaching during their lessons with their students.

​

It is a successful workshop and many of our teachers are keen to take up this sport recreationally!

ENGAGING OUR YOUTH LEADERS

A collaboration with SportSG, our engagement program is for our youth leaders from various schools.  Over 200 participants get an introduction to pickleball.

We incorporated the fundamentals of pickleball through basic strokes and footwork demonstration, and inject some fun through mini-challenge.
